Due to the current situation surrounding the Coronavirus pandemic, I would like to reassure my customers that we are taking all the correct safety procedures set out by the government and senior health professionals.
This means that we are still taking orders but are implementing extra measures. For the foreseeable future, I will be taking orders either online or over the phone with materials only being posted to me and likewise returned by the same method.
Before sending any material please make sure that all clothes are washed on at least a 60 degree wash cycle before posting.
I will give you an order number to put on the out side of the parcel as I will not be opening the parcel for 10 days after receipt. But I will let you now that it has arrived safely.
Please rest assured that my work room is being sanitised daily and is being given a deep clean between orders.
Clearly as we are all taking these extra precautions during the pandemic, with isolation and social distancing, order times may be slightly longer than usual.
Once I start your Family Comfort I will contract you and keep you updated on progress.
